STEPS TO REGISTER FOR AN AU PAIR 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Register with AU PAIR FUN 

Please register by completing our registration form. The more information you can provide about the type of Au Pair you want, the better we can match you to the right individual. Once this has been completed you can email it back to us. We will study your registration form carefully and try and match your requirements to the our candidates. 

2. Family interview with the Au Pair candidates
We will send detailed information about the applicants to you by e-mail. Once you have selected an Au Pair from the selection we will then arrange for you a skype interview with the Au Pair to discuss the placement and suitable start dates.

3. Interview clarification

After your conversation with the Au Pair candidate you can contact us again to clarify anything you are unsure about, to make sure everything is clear, and you are both happy with the agreement.

4. Confirmation and payment fees

We will require payment of our agency fee. Only once we have received your payment we will arrange the start dates of the Au Pair with you.
5. Agreement between host family and the Au Pair
If you are completely happy with the Au Pair, we will require an agreement which proves  the Au Pair can come and stay with you and your family. It should include details of your family, duties and hours expected. 

6. Travel

Travel to the UK is organized and paid for by the Au Pair.
We provide you with all their travel details, dates, and time and arrival location.

You will be required to meet your Au Pair at an airport/bus station on their arrival into the UK.
